Iron Man 3
The 2013 block-buster takes MARVEL back to the scree, in it's first film since "The Amazing Spider Man". It is the first MARVEL film of 2013 and it brings back past Iron Man stars Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle and Jon Favreau. Shane Black took over the helm of director after Jon Favreau left, though Favreau did reprise his role as Happy Hogan. This film is the start of MARVEL's Phase Two movies, which will most likely include "Thor: The Dark World","Captain America: The Winter Soldier", "Ant-Man", "Avengers 2", "Guardians of the Galaxy" and "The Amazing Spider Man 2". The film takes place after The Avengers and shows mostly a look inside the personal character of Tony Stark. The films visual effects were phenomenal as usual, though the plot at some times let me down. The writing however was hilarious, and I left the theater knowing, this was the best Iron Man yet. This was a great movie, with a wonderful cast and a amazing visual effects team. 7/10.
